8th seminar of Ramsar Site Managers in France

The “Marais Vernier – Risle Maritime”, the latest French Site recognized as a Ramsar Wetland of International Importance, will host from 19 to 21 October 2016 at Pont-Audemer (Normandy) the 8th seminar of Ramsar Site managers.

The seminar will focus on “the Value of Ramsar Sites: support for the development of territories“, and will be co-organized by the Ramsar France Association and several local partners.

The program will include two workshops: the first one entitled ”How recognition can be an opportunity to develop an agricultural sector. What application via the Ramsar label?”, and the second on ”How recognition can be an opportunity to develop tourism and leisure. What application via the Ramsar label?”
