In its role as the Regional Implementation Team for the Critical Ecosystem Partnership Fund (CEPF) in the Mediterranean Basin Biodiversity Hotspot, BirdLife International invites Letters of Inquiry from civil society organisations for small grants, to conserve biodiversity in North Africa.

This is a special call for small grants (up to US $20,000) which will be awarded for biodiversity conservation projects in Algeria, Libya, Morocco and Tunisia, with a focus on those that promote civil society involvement in Integrated Coastal Zone Management to minimize the negative effects of coastal development.

The deadline for submission is Wednesday 10th September 2015.
