Delmar Blasco actively participated in the Wetlands International Stakeholder Forum and members meeting celebrating the 60 anniversary of the institution. The meeting, hosted by Wetlands International and the Dutch Government under the title “Wetlands solutions for water, people and nature”, was held in Rotterdam on 21-23 October. It included a one day consultation with stakeholders about the future strategic directions of Wetlands International and a members meeting to receive the inputs of the stakeholders and to take decisions on the way forward.

For Delmar Blasco, apart from his inputs to the discussions, it was a good opportunity to renew old contacts and making new acquaintances with the view of developing partnerships for MedWet activities.
