The Ninth Meeting of the Mediterranean Wetlands Committee (MedWet/Com9) is planned to take place on 28 October 2009, Changwon, Republic of Korea in the framework of the 10th Meeting of the Conference of the Contracting Parties to the Ramsar Convention (COP10). Delegates to the upcoming meeting will discuss a number of issues including the report on progress of work of the Initiative, the MedWet 25 Year Strategic Vision and the Multi-Year Workplans proposals for the period 2009-2012, the report on financial and budgetary matters as well as the proposed project of the Observatory of Mediterranean Wetlands.
