our du Valat is organizing a seminar o­n ‘Strategic diagnosis for management of wetlands of Amvrakikos, Greece’ o­n 20 October. Presented by Vassilis Spyratos (Ecole Nationale du Génie Rural, de l’Eau et des Forêts (ENGREF)) the Seminar will aim  to identify the water needs of wetland ecosystems in the Mediterranean particularly focusing o­n coastal wetlands and wetlands of international importance. Results to be presented are the outcome of a six month mission by a team of scientists headed by Vassilis Spyratos.
