9th Cinemambiente Film Festival

The aim of the Competitions is to encourage the production of works reflecting the state of the environment, and provide a vehicle for the promotion and distribution of films and television programmes that demonstrate particular excellence in their presentation and content.

The International Documentary Competition will include 9 documentaries chosen from the best films produced anywhere in the world over the last two years.

Since its beginning, in 1998, Cinemambiente Environmental Film Festival has carried out a special section for schools called EcoKids. Addressed to primary, secondary and High schools  the EcoKids section aims to raise awareness  o­n a range of environmental themes and promote eco-sustainable behaviours.
